Don't ever doubt that any team can be beaten. JI Burton can be beaten. Powell Valley can be beaten. Clintwood can be beaten. The team that tore Clintwood apart last night was beaten themselves this year.
For Volunteer's sake, I really hope they are that good. If they are, they definitely had a lot of people in Southwest Virginia fooled going into that game.

That's just it. They might not even go 5-5 this year. I have no idea. I'm saying that we've really fallen off from where we (RD) were 10-15 years ago.
That level of competition is the kind of football I like to see. I'm sorry I missed this game.
I know it's not likely, but maybe this will give some of the people on here second thought when they start proclaiming that Region D and specifically the LPD is the alpha and omega of football in Virginia.
No matter how good we think we are, there is always someone better. In this case, we only had to cross the TN border to find them.

You are always negative in some aspect about Clintwood. Football in general, is in decline around this area. Sullivan East could beat Norton or PV. The work ethic has been lost around here.
And I use East because they used to be the laughing stock. They are real competitive now.
How did you like setting with the home fans Burr?

Didn't make it. Been working alot lately. Owl shift is pretty tough on sleeping, but it's my favorite shift.
East played Tn High real close and they are pretty good.
